There are many articles on medium that explains how staff can work from home but rare to locate an article on how bosses can enable staff to work from home. Working from home is not an easy affair for bosses as well as the way to handle staff are more different.
Here are some ways bosses can better enable staff to work from home.
Trust your Employees
The first and most important part of enabling staff to work from work is to trust your staff. Do not assume that they are resting at home and not doing proper work. In today’s day and age, a lot of work can be done at home. WFH is not about ensuring that your staff appear online at 8am and disappear only after 5pm. Results are more important than the working hours for staff. You just have to trust that your staff are working as usual and things will generally flow as usual.
Set a list of goals and target of the week
